  • How does the rental process work?
    Typically, you choose the headpiece or hat you want to rent from our collection, provide your rental dates to Caithriona, and make a reservation. The piece will then be sent to you before your date, alternatively if you are local in Galway, you can pick up the item on the agreed-upon date and return it after your event. The item will need to be returned within 5 working days.
  • What is included in the rental fee?
    Rental fees usually cover the cost of the headpiece or hat for the specified rental period.
  • How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
    It's recommended to reserve your rental as early as possible, especially for popular styles or during peak seasons like race season. This ensures availability and gives you time to make any necessary alterations.
  • What happens if the headpiece or hat is damaged during my rental period?
    Rental agreements typically include terms for damage or loss. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be charged a repair fee or the full retail price of the item. It's essential to review and understand these terms before renting.
  • Is there a deposit required for rentals?
    There is no deposit for the rentals of these headpiece, we require full payment on booking your piece
  • Can I cancel or modify my rental reservation?
    Most rental companies have a cancellation policy that outlines any fees or restrictions for canceling or modifying a reservation. Be sure to review this policy before making a reservation to avoid any potential fees.
  • Do you offer shipping or delivery options for rentals?
    We offer shipping or delivery services for an additional fee of €9 within Ireland, allowing you to receive the headpiece or hat directly at your location. Local pick up option is available.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
